Step away from the day-to-day of your business
A reflective weekend for women in business and private practice who want space to pause, think strategically, and intentionally plan their next chapter.
When you run your own business or private practice, it is easy to stay busy.
You are supporting clients, responding to emails, managing finances, making decisions, and keeping everything moving.

The Reflect • Dream • Plan Retreat is a small group reflective weekend designed for people who run their own business or private practice and want time to reconnect with their vision, reflect on what is working (and what isn’t), and create a clear and realistic plan for the next 90 days.
